About Alan Aker

S. Alan Aker plays guitar, bass, harmonica, keyboards, and sings . His credits include The Javelins, The Tone Benders, The Van Dells, Slap Happy, Joe Swank and the Zen Pirates, CC Ryders, and Theater X. S. Alan felt privledged to tour with the Duke Robillard Band. Although he was Dukes Guitar tech, Duke proved to be a major influence.

Other influences include The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Van Halen, Garbage, Cold Play, and Bugs Bunny. His professional goal is to be parodied by Weird Al Yankovic
