    How was the Burn? Hope you guys had a blast, assuming you went. I suppose I had a decent summer...can't really complain. I got to visit Fire Island for the first time and it was a hoot...can't wait to go back! I participated in an art show and that was pretty cool, though I've been slacking recently. Anywho...hope all is well and that you had a nice summer :)

    did u and m go to burning man this time? just curious...hope all is well...btw, am working on my thesis...involves nonphotorealistic cameras and automating a painterly rendering on live-action scenes. e.g., a scanner darkly was processed via rotoscoping frame-by-frame by artists. i would be automating that task... will let u know how it goes...

    Alan, thank you so much for the gifts for Christmas. I am looking forward losing all of the golfballs on a round out golf this summer.
