Chat, current affairs, sport, cars, Norfolkian History, wildlife, Europe (not in that order) I'm an Alan of all trades.
Music
Everything from hard rock acts such as sting and Paul young through to deep reggae such as Aswad and UB40. Abba, Wings, and also Manfredd mann deserve a mention. Music is my life and my life is varied..to say the least!
Movies
Bond Bond Bond! All the Bond films barring the fake one from the early 80's which I refuse to watch. Also Watership Down.
Television
Tend not to watch television anymore. In my opinion its a dead media. I could go on, but it's basically run by Idiots. I do however host a show on sattelite channel UK Conquest called 'Skirmish' which is a military based quiz show that has the largest share of sattelite viewers for that time of day in the Norfolk area. Also I am the compere for the 'Crash, Bang, Wallop! What A Video!' series which compile caught-on-camera car crashes to a hard rock soundtrack - great stuff.
Books
Military books, anything by Andy McNabb. Books about self help. I had a book out myself called 'bouncing back' but due to poor promotion and slack marketing it never got the plaudits or 'push' it deserved, despite some glowing reviews.
The blurb is: "He's a national broadcaster trapped in the body of a regional disc jockey. No operation can save him...at least not on the NHS,"
Heroes
I like to think of myself as my hero for the way i carry myself, but failing that i would have to say my 'hero' would be someone like Jesus or Sean Connery.
My full name is Alan Gordon Partridge and I'm a broacaster.
My PA Lynn told me that this would be a good way of networking on a professional basis, personally I think she is very wrong. Some of the things I have seen on a brief perusal on this site have truly shocked me.
I am not interested in any sort of sex mails, so if you are thinking about sending me one don't bother. not only will i not reply but I may well report you to the authorities, who, in this case, seem to be Tom.
It says 'About me' so I had better let you know a little about me! I enjoy country walks, good food, reading the paper (daily mail), and of course good conversation (chat)! I'm divorced from my ex wife Carol who left me for a fitness fruitcake who drives a frankly laughable car............I don't want to get bogged down in that whole issue, but I have 2 children called Fernando and Denise with Carol who I now have access to since the divorce is final but who don't want to see me. Other than that, I currently have a girlfriend who is called Sonja, who is foreign. This shot is from an interview I did with 'digital dave' amonst others!

In 2000 i had a nervous breakdown. I was clinically fed up for 2 years.
There are some sites about me, but to be honest I'm not entirely happy with the way I'm portrayed on them.
Here is one and here is another. The second one is actually called 'alan-attack' which could have been a very good show were it not for the......and I choose my words carefully.......Idiots at the BBC.
Who I'd like to meet: Like minded people. No sex people or loonies please.
Hello, We've changed our band name recently, and just thought we'd let you know about it. We decided to change from KALEB to DETHONATOR, owing to the presence of other artists trading under the name KALEB. Our new band name DETHONATOR has been chosen to avoid confusion and to promote a brand that stands alone. Thank you for your continued support. Everyone at DETHONATOR
