    To my big brother..ohy..thinking about you ...bloody miss you! Allright lets talk i was just thinking about Southport and Freckleton, oh and the farmhouse! Bloody Hell wernt we lucky.Cheers to mum who gave us that. So your niece and nephew are just like us when we were young..oh hell!     Hi Alan.  Yep, I am up with insomnia.  Ah, yes, those days again!  Been a strange month.  As you may know, we had a couple celebrations in your honour.  We have all healed a bit, which probably brings relief to you.  At KBOO, we've lost two people very recently.  Part of my healing from loss was comforting others for their losses.  I also just watched a National Geographic show on this remote African culture that does a celebration in letting a person who traveled to the Other World go.  It brings peace and health to the living and complete Freedom to the one who left.  I learned so much from this tribe and have been practicing that.   I know you know what I mean...*grin*  Love Always, Alicia.

    Hi uncle! havent wrote in a while! I have your jeep. Its so wierd driving it. Remember when you put me through your own little drivers ed before you let me drive it for the first time. haha with the tuna cans as the petals and the toilet plunger as the stick haha oh uncle! Well just to let you know i will take care of you jeep forever! The day I brought it home I just sat in it for a while and found your sunglasses and a pair of gloves! The gloves still smelt like you! :) I miss you so much uncle! I just want to hear your voice! Its almost been a year since you have gone and everyday I hope to wake up and realize this has all been a dream. I have had the worst year without you! Everytime I need someone to talk to I just wish you would answer your phone like old times! anyways uncle i hope you are happy where ever you are I LOVE YOU!!!!

    Well Dude i miss those calls that you used to do, "Hey dude can you help me on me jeep, broke a blot and need your help?", At the time I was like fix it your self, But know I wish yo would be able to ask for another favor. I will always remember the fun we had doing all nighters crabbing with Guy and you. It sucks it will be nothing but a memory now.

    Happy Birthday Uncle! i miss you so much! i was jus looking at a picture from your birthday last year and was remembering when we were at that seafood place and me and grandma ate all your hot fudge off your bday ice cream haha.... well i no that grandma and uncle went to newport today to come see you and i wish i was there... i love you uncle happy 40th bday! love your #1 niece!

    hi uncle merry christmas... im sick today have an ear infection and a fever but oh well i tryed makin it down to oregon to spend christmas wit our family but it snowed so much i cant even get out of our driveway! i miss u so much uncle i want to give u a big christmas hug or even hear ur voice... christmas is definately sucky without u here... guy really needs u right now and so does the rest of the family. ur amazing uncle and ill tell u wat my christmas wish was... it was to have u back! i love you so much!

    Hi uncle.. i miss you so much! i just read wat alicia wrote to you and it makes me miss the times when me and u use to go to her work and see her... i miss those times! today i talked to mom and i think she is doing better i no that u are with us. watchin out for us.. we need it uncle. so remember the time when me louis and mom bought u that blow up doll hahaha i remember u took it out of the box me and mom said," what its a midget." haha and u were like, " Perfect size." haha oh uncle u make me laugh i miss you so much i wish i could here that voice one more time. i love you uncle!!

    Alan,
    I've been "fall cleaning" and I found that caricature Justin did with his black Sharpie and charcoal-grey marker of you in your trademark hat! I know you did not like the nose, but I rather liked this piece and have hung onto it all these years! I am putting it in a nice frame and giving this to Justin. I can't wait to see the look on his face when he sees this again! Miss you much, Alan.

    Hi uncle... well wow todays been wierd.. at 10:18 this morning i couldnt stop thinking that exactly a month ago i got the phone call that u were gone... :( this has honostly been the hardest month of my life with u being away and with my other problems i have going on. i layed in bed last night thinking about all our good times and i watched this funny movie last night and there was a part were mike meyers was like "what is this?... A dead one of this.." only u would know what im talking about.. haha that thing u do with ur hand or u would say "what is this?... A flock of these hahaha" god you had one of the most original voices that i will never hear again. its hard and that laugh hahaha. Thanksgiving is gonna be hard because i wont have my food partner haha now instead of the two of us eating all the food.. theres gonna be left overs. hahaha oh i miss u uncle. i miss all the times we joked about eating alot of food and when u use to call me when i was younger and say "hello is this miss samantha? this is brad pitt" haha well im gonna go now im really sick i got the flue... i love you uncle and hopefully this month has been a good relaxing happy month for you where ever u are.
