Yo yo Bro. Just here in Newfoundland showin of your diggs and pickings to the locals. they like your sound man... reeeeaal cool. ok. I am going to go drink some tea now cause i'm friggin freezing. ( it feels like April here) yikes. no shorts for me!!
Thanks for being a new friend! I'm a sucker for rockabilly and all genres related (I grew up following around a pompadour sporting musician brother). I love your sound, god damn.
I'm wintering fairly well, although it was about -40 here a couple weeks ago. The guitar build is coming along fairly well but progress is slow because the guitar and all my tools are in NB and I only get to work on it while I'm home. Its a slope shouldered gibson design. The body is done with the exception of the bridge and pickguard. I worked on the neck a bit over Christmas. I will definitely post more pics as I work on it more.
I always seem to need a project so in AB I'm currently building an F-style mandolin. I will post pics of that as I get them. I'm currently working on the recurve of the top.
I know that you check this like a crazy mad man...so I thought it would be nice if you had a new comment...so here it is. I have had one of your songs on my myspace since christmas. OH and you should put some more on!
