Battlefield Band's founder member, keyboardist and vocalist Alan Reid joins forces with the band's sound engineer, Rob van Sante who emerges for behind the mixing board revealing himself to prove a gifted singer/guitarist in his own right.
Together they present a seamless fusion of both the old and the new traditions, featuring Alan's compositions, Battlefield Band favourites and Rob's own songs.
Their show combines the solid DADGAD tuned guitar style of Rob, the keyboard and guitar work of Alan and the fine harmony singing of both, ensuring an excellent night's entertainment for all.

many people knowing and loving this great artist say that there is a common point between Peter most known original movie soundtracks (Passion, Long Walk Home fo example) and Asura soundscapes and anthems (especially Golgotha or The Prophecy) . If you don't already know Asura, I suggest you to come, have a sit, and... listen!
Love and Light and above all thank you for your time. I am a composer before all, but a fan of Peter too, and I just would like to have your point of view.
Only about 8 hours left to listen to Alan's interview with Archie Fisher on BBC Scotland's Travelling Folk - about the new album: The Rise and Fall O' Charlie!

I'm delighted to have found you and have enjoyed listening to your music. I remember you way back in the Battlefield Band and have attended a couple of gigs. I wish you all the very best with your new career. Nick
Thank you for the add. I LOVE the Irish Reels and folk songs you have here. I suppose its due to the fact that I am Irish myself... have always been haunted by the Irish music. Wishing you a Merry New Year!
Hi Folks, it's a great honour, being friends of such folk-heroes as you are. Thanks for the friendship and for the connection with Celtic Connection. We hope to see/hear you at a gig somewhere down the road. Keep on folkin' ;-) The CC's
Yeah, Leslie's a peach! we had a blast for hours getting that picture. Set up the studio in the living room and played around with lights, lenses, filters, basically had fun till midnight one evening. Anyway, thanks for the photo comments.
