In 1989, my recording engineer career began at Ocean Way Studios in Hollywood, CA. During in my time there, I elevated to the position of chief engineer. Throughout my time at Ocean Way, I worked with The Rolling Stones, Elvis Costello, Fleetwood Mac, Burt Bacharach, just to name a select few.
As my career progressed, I was recruited to help start Cello Studios in Hollywood, CA. It was there where my responsibilities continued as chief engineer. And it was during that period of time, I was once again privileged to engineer and record the sessions with Sir Elton John, Madonna, Weezer and many more national and local recording artists.
My engineering and recording portfolio reflects over 5000 recording sessions with many new up and coming artists, least not forget some of the biggest names in the music business.
For the duration at both studios, my responsibilities revolved around recording and mixing albums, music for film and television, post production work, as well as spending hundreds of hours recording orchestral sessions.
In 2002, I moved to San Diego, CA, and have resided there ever since, recording more national and local recording acts from all genres of music, from all over the world.
Subsequent to working in Los Angeles, CA, I had the opportunity to work for renowned music industry producers, Bill Bottrell and Don Was which paved the way in helping me develop my own production techniques.
Currently I am working freelance at studios around the country.
