   About Alastair Dougall
HI ALL THE SONGS HERE ARE FREE DOWNLOADS. PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT IF YOU DO! THANKS!! FOR A GOOD SELECTION OF MY SONGS VISIT http://www.noisehead.com/expage.php?name=alastairdougall **************************************************************************** I played in various bands (who can forget Cold Feet, White Line Fever [who once supported Osibisa!],The Giggly Pillows [one giggle only] and Items on Toast?) and solo in North London before moving to Brighton. The Brighton places I've played include, The Caroline of Brunswick, The Greys, Joogleberry Playhouse, Sanctuary Cella, Western Front, and Hope. **************************************************************************** I've produced several CDs which I may sample in weeks/months to come, entitled Destination Star [2000], Something You Want [2002], Little Hit [2003], which had a fuller more electric sound, Rock Street [2004] and Briighter Day [2006]. The last two are just me on guitar and harmonica. [I play harmonica on a rack round my neck; there's no overdubbing] In the past I've recorded with other musicians, including the wonderful guitarist Wes McGhee, but lately i've opted to record songs on my own, as I quite like the 'folksy' [ and dateless] feel. Coming from Hampstead North London, I don't think of myself as a folk singer: I suppose you'd class my music as 'singer songwriter', but I try to avoid unnecessary whingeing -- there's quite enough of that around already! If there's anyone out there who lives in the Brighton area likes the sound of what I do and can play double bass or slide guitar or vibes it would be great to hear from you. Actually i'd be interested to hear from anyone who can play anything reasonably well!!

*hello there how goes my friend, I bring a song for you for your day....

Keep Faith

Wilson Noble

you gotta keep your faith..... oh yes you do...
you gotta keep your faith... oh... yes you do...

cause the world is upsides down
careful now don't you make a sound
you don't want to make him mad..

you gotta keep your faith in momma
you gotta keep your faith in oh... everyone
you gotta keep your faith in poppa
you gotta keep your faith in oh... everyone

said well it's like this
once upon a time you never dressed so fine
cause clothes have never been your cup of tea
well one day we'll see that all our memories are free
& all the money in the world.. well it just won't be..

cause the world is upsides down
careful now don't you make a sound
you don't want to make him mad.......

-------------

Keep Faith my friend.....

Peace, love, light & blessings to you

A song for your day my beautiful friend.....

Change your Ways

& i've come here to tell you
you simply must change your ways
yes i've come hee to tell you
that it's never to late

to change your ways
for better days
for peace & oh for love
yes change your ways
thats my ways to
let's change our ways together

you see ive come here from this far away place
it's the same place as you
yes i've come here to help you
& serve you through & through
cause i realise there's only one of us
when you hurt one you hurt the other
this human race this elegant place
can we all just put it back together....

come walk with me
talk with me
be yourself be free
come walk with me
talk with me
above all else be free....

i'll keep singing this, keep singing this
kep singing this
i'll keep singing this, singing this
till humanity, just put it back together

so change your ways
for better days
for peace & oh for love
yes change your ways
thats my ways to
let's change our ways together
yes change your ways
for better days
for peace & oh for love
yes change your ways
thats my ways to
let's change our ways together
