Alberto Gariglio was born in Turin, Italy on the 3rd of December 1977. He took classic piano lessons for two years at the age of 11 years old. He played for eight years with friends from his hometown in a rock band called Everlasting. He developed as a self-taught musician. He moved to Dublin, Ireland two years ago and, since then, he started composing his own classical/soundtracks/film piano music.
He believes that music can help people to release their feelings and emotions, and to describe situations, moments of life in order to reach a natural state of peace, love and tranquillity. He inspires on the artwork of Sergio Susperregui, an argentinian painter/artist, to give a visual interpretation of his music to the audience.
He has recorded his first CD, called “IO – INDIFESO” (Myself – Unprotected) in the ‘Estudios Ion’ in Buenos Aires, Argentina in March 2007. At the moment he is promoting his CD and playing gigs in Dublin.
