Well now,ever since I had thought,I loved music, was singing, and did not know that I could sing,not until,my 3rd grade class was being picked for glee club, a music singing club)that when my turn came to sing, I sang God bless America,the music teacher told me to go over there, where the kids who could sing were. A piano was played as I sung the song,I just naturally sung the song like breathing air, did not think nothing of it, just sang the song, thats when I began to know I can sing. I just wish that I SERIOUS about it, and persued it more, I still have a little left in the tank,would take a couple of months, maybe three, to get some of my vocals back,to be sure better make that six months,I gotta keep it real now, the 60..s,70..s,and some 80..s is my thang, most of the greatest singing was done at those times, (realsingers or natural born singers) know this,and I have heard most of tha best singers, you know of,for I am in my 50s, that tell the tale right there. In DC, at the Howard theater, I saw a plethora of groups,in the 60..s I was young but knew what I was listening to.So there you have it,there..s more but too much more, that I can talk about BUT the greatest adventure was the MATADORS 1972/75 BAND WHAT AN ADVENTURE IT WAS,(MIKE(ZAKEE)JONES,MIKE D,DEANDREY(BLOW)HOWARD,ROE,RICK,PAUL,VERNON,KEITH,TY,BUDDY,MARTY, DEBBIE,)DICKY WILLIAMS(manager),ME,GERALD,CHARLIE,WILD BILL,STILL BILL,FRED(roadies),AND A HOST OF OTHERS,IF ONLY GEORGE CLINTON KNEW ABOUT US THEN, HE WOULD HAVE SAID,COME ON IN,AND RIDE ON,oh,my toys are trumpet,percussion instruments, some vocals,AND sound technician.I was lucky and got a guitar 3 YEARS AGO,still learnin,not so easy now days but I aint stoppin til I get it right,I just want to learn a bunch of chords.I always liked the guitar,I just cant think why I didnt get one when I was,well you know...OH,IF I COULD PUT MORE THAN 40 NAMES ON MY TOP FRIENDS I WOULD,I WISH THAT TOM OR THEY WOULD LET US,A LOT OF Y..ALL DESERVE TO BE ON THE TOP FRIENDS LIST.OH I ALMOST FORGOT,THE SLEEPER IS GETTING READY TO AWAKEN,MYKE POLLARD(MYKE P.)IS ON THE WAY,WATCH AND LISTEN FOR HIS ARRIVAL,HE..S JUST ABOUT HERE NOW WITH CHRISTYLEZ BACON(ADVANCED ARTISTRY),SLYCE D AND JP3 (JPOLLARD)(TRIFLAVA)GROUP.
