Founded in 2006, Alcock Improv is the latest and greatest comic group to come out of Cambridge. Formed initially by members of Jesus College, Cambridge, they are named after ’Bishop Alcock’, who created Jesus College from a nunnery after they all got pregnant. Really.
We over-sold our 2007 Edinburgh Fringe run and hosted the critically acclaimed ’Alcock Allstars’ show in early 2008, which featured if.comedy award nominees and Brit Awards performers.
