As a fresh breath to Atlanta, Georgia's art community, Alcove Gallery features eclectic and unique, one-of-a-kind artwork collected by a renowned artist, curator, and long term resident.
"Warner explains that Alcove’s name was chosen for its suggestive double meaning. “Alcove” is a synonym for “recess,” which could designate an enclosed space as well as that period of time when school kids run wild. Located near the heart of Atlanta’s heavily commercialized Buckhead district, Alcove is a welcome diversion from the mainstream. Wandering into Alcove is like discovering one of Wonka’s golden tickets. Compared to its Bennett Street neighbors, this gallery glimmers like gold."-JA/AJC
The collection contains commissioned originals to signed reproductions as well as photographs, sculptures, artistic apparel and eclectic collectibles. In addition to selling the owner's personal creations, the Gallery hosts monthly exhibitions of visiting regional, national and international artists.
Future exhibitions will also highlight a large variety of the arts. Short experimental films, new fashions, “buzz hungry” apparel, the local music scene, acting events, mindless insanity, and a nationwide array of artists to show in Atlanta.

I made my first video slideshow and wanted to share it with you. The musician (Elizabeth Ann Middleton) is one I found through MySpace, and she generously let me use her music to set to my images. Visit her MySpace page here - http://www.myspace.com/pianorama - she's fantastic! :-)
