THE LIFE AND TIMES OF AL DeLONER:
1970-1972:
al deloner is born october 9. he grows up in telemark, norway. the grass is green and the girls are pretty.
1974-1976:
al starts taking piano lessons. play simple pieces by mozart.
1978-1980:
al starts wresteling. becomes a norwegian champion; wins 1 gold medal, 2 silver medals, and 3 bronze medals.
1982-1986:
al works in his father´s music store and learns to play all sorts of instruments.
1988-1990:
al attends high school. dates two brunettes and a blond.
1992-1993:
al forms rockabilly outfit "the hashbrowns".
1994-2004:
"the hashbrowns" change name to "midnight choir", release 5 studio albums, win "spellemann prisen"(the norwegian grammy), and sell approx 150.000 albums.
2004:
al releases first solo album "the mess age is joy", to great critical acclaim.
2005-2006: al moves to germany, falls in love and records "flora in the darkroom".
2007: written and recorded over a period of 3 norwegian winters, this year sees the release of "Volume 3".

Hei Al! Takk så meget for sist! Håper alt står glimrende til med deg! :) Har det skjedd noe nytt i filmprosjektet om deg siden sist? Jeg er veldig spent, skjønner du! Har også spurt deg på facebook, men har etterhvert innsett at det ikke er et sted du henger daglig, akuratt! :)
Har også et spørsmål til deg, som jeg ikke vet er frekt å spør om, eller ei! Jeg har nemlig veldig lyst til å prøve å spille noen av sangene dine på min altfor lite brukte gitar, men har altfor dårlig gehør til å ta de på sparket. Spørsmålet mitt er vel derfor om du har en sang eller to liggende på datamaskinen din med tilhørende akkorder? Som sagt, jeg vet ikke hvor dristig et slikt spørsmål er, men freidig som jeg er, spurte jeg likevel! :)
