Aldric Tinker is a social entrepreneur with expertise in communications and mindset, having supported scores of individuals in personal growth. With an eye for win-win situation and long lasting impact, Aldric seeks to find solutions to any issue. Setting up his own businesses, Aldric read Law at Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia (UiTM) and was active in student organizations, charities and activities that he was awarded the Anugerah Siswa Harapan UiTM Kedah 04/05 (translated: the UiTM Kedah Most Promising Student Award 04/05). His travels to the United States, Brunei, Singapore and across Malaysia since a tender age as well as his love for reading, studying and expanding knowledge gives him vast experience in driving those he help to go beyond their comfort zone.

Aldric’s passion for NLP began in 2005, showing a natural aptitude and talent in his field. Trained by William Horton, Psy. D., Founder and President of the US-based National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology (NFNLP, USA), Aldric is a Certified NLP Practitioner with on-going education and application of NLP and hypnotherapy.

As an expert and professional, Aldric aims for fast effective results for his clients. With the belief that everyone is capable of excellence and a passion for human excellence, Aldric stands out from the crowd. Prior to setting up his NLP Practice, Aldric wrote adverts and brochures to sell a number of homes and industrial land for biotech growth in Malaysia. He has written speeches which were delivered in the Malaysian Parliament. This NLP-trained copywriter have been entrusted with numerous roles which includes being part of the team spearheading television and advertising campaigns for TV, radio and print. Jo’s experience of working with various individuals and corporations has given him clear insight into the importance of successful communications and the influence of group dynamics, with first-hand appreciation of high pressure, stressful jobs, divorce and how they can influence your well being and journey in life.

Starting 3 September 2009, Aldric will start his International Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. Among others, his classmates and peers will include general practitioners, psychologists, psychiatrists, trainers, senior management and top level management, senior civil servants, entrepreneurs, counsellors etc.

Aldric, a sociable person, incorporates his knowledge and passion for his subjects in his every day life. This Finalist for the Men’s Health Malaysia’s Refine and Define Challenge 2009 can be seen at the gym, in swimming pools and in the dojo, believing that a holistic life comes with holistic health: of mind, body and soul. Completing the 6-month Challenge, Aldric also advocates the importance of living healthy.
