I'm a 17 year old bass player from Toronto. I will be graduating from Oakwood C. I. high school in June 2008, and I'm currently studying Jazz at the Humber Community Music Program. Some of this year highlights are:
-Performing at the 2008 IAJE conference with special guest artist Kirk MacDonald
-Winning for the second time in a row, Best of Class and First Place for Jazz at the KIWANIS FESTIVAL ( 2007, 2008) with the Colwell-Toth-Landsberg Trio .
-Playing bass in the 2008 JAZZ FM YOUTH BIG BAND .
-Performing with the KOREAN-CANADIAN SYMPHONY YOUTH ORCHESTRA at the Toronto Center for The Arts.
-Making it as a finalist for the 2008 GIBSON/BALDWIN GRAMMY BAND. -Making it as a finalist for the BRUBECK INSTITUTE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM . -Selected bass player for the 2008 YAMAHA ALL-STAR BAND ( MusicFest Canada.)

Acepted to HUMBER COLLEGE Degree Program with ACADEMIC ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP
