Sa longue chevelure de jais , son regard vert d'eau ensorcelant, son allure de gitane, Alexandra Lucci, les tient de ses origines méditerranéennes.
Les gestes ronds, la voix posée, douce, mais bien décidée à ce qu'on l'entende, Alexandra est une jeune femme à fleur de peau, un peu sauvage, passant d'une émotion à une autre, un rire franc pouvant chasser son spleen en un instant.

Première expérience dans un studio d'enregistrement, premier contact avec le public, c'est le déclic.
Alors qu'elle suit sans grande conviction des études de droit, elle arrête tout du jour au lendemain pour intégrer la troupe des 10 Commandements, la comédie musicale phare de Pascal Obispo et Elie Chouraqui.
Tout s'anime en elle, tout s'éclaire lorsquelle parle de sa passion. Chanter est la raison qui la tient « vivante », celle qui lui donne loccasion d'offrir son émotion, de tisser le lien entre elle et les autres.
Influencée autant par Bob Dylan que Tracy Chapman, Sheryl Crow ou Sarah Mac Lachlan, jouant du piano et de la guitare, écrivant aussi bien de touchantes mélodies acoustiques que des paroles faisant ressortir sa fragilité ou son envie de vivre, son timbre chaud et si fragile à la fois fait d'elle une artiste unique.
Dans un flot ininterrompu de paroles mais dont la mélodie ne vous lasse jamais tant il y a de ferveur, de sincérité et de vie dans chacun de mots, Alexandra vous confiera qu'elle a baptisé sa guitare "Mademoiselle Gladys", qu'elle adore les ambiances intimes et chaleureuses, le pop-Art , la pop-folk, le musc et l'encens mais qu'elle déteste l'injustice et les étiquettes.
