First favourite band was Queen when I was young, then discovered Goth in the mid 80's. Since then tastes have expanded continually, as has the collection which is now beyond a joke. The bias these days is mainly all things Rock.
To summarise, most things that come under the banner of Alternative from rock, metal, punk, extreme metal of most varieties, prog rock, goth and beyond into folk, classical, jazz and the rest of it. Basically if it is well executed in whatever style it is I am likely to appreciate it.
Although DJing tends to be within a controlled range of styles depending upon venue and target audience, you cannot rule out hearing anything if the place needs shaking up a little...
The power of music is unbelievable. Who could have imagined how much more true and scarily worrying this video track would become when it was released just over 20 years ago. This band changed my life forever.
