    ................................ .... Alexis Biesiada, “a child prodigy”, was born on December 5, 1996 in Buffalo, New York. As far back as anyone can remember Alexis was always singing whether it be to family and friends or along with the Television or Radio. At the age of 2, Alexis’ family moved to New Jersey where she began dancing lessons which complimented her love of singing. Alexis was always singing out in public and strangers would constantly approach Alexis and her parents in total disbelief of her vocal ability. It was during one of these impromptu public performances at the age of 5 that her talent and passion for singing was recognized by vocal teacher Badeine Magaziner. Alexis worked with Badeine for a number of years and her parents credit her with Alexis’ early stage development as a singer. At the age of 7, Alexis’ family moved closer to New York City and began vocal lessons with renowned vocal teacher Sal Dupree a member of the famed singing group “The Duprees”. Sal recognized that Alexis was a one in a million talent and he encouraged Alexis and her parents to perform at local charity events and to enter local and national competitions. Heeding Sal’s advice, Alexis began singing at local charity events such as the “March of Dimes Breast Cancer Awareness Program”, The Leukemia Lymphoma Society, telethons, local and national competitions such as NJ Radio 101.5s state wide competition where she was crowned State Champion and PAX TV’s – “America’s Most Talented Kid”. Some of Alexis’ other notable competitions include “The South Jersey Idol and The Deerfield Harvest Festival Idol” competitions both of which she came in 1st place. Besides being a finalist on “America’s Most Talented Kid” one of the highlights of Alexis’ young career was her stint as a 3 time winner at the famed Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York. Currently, Alexis is one of the selected few children to perform in the off Broadway Production “The People Garden” and aspires one day to be a recording artist and Broadway actress. In December 2004, she was introduced to acclaimed producer/remixer Tony Coluccio and his partner Paul Felleti of Mindset Entertainment. They were stunned upon hearing Alexis and they offered to work with her during that very first meeting. With their believe in artist development, Alexis’ raw talent and her vocal abilities they have embarked on a number of projects which include a reality show entitled “Baby Grand”, the development of a weekly sitcom starring Alexis and have produced 8 original tracks (2 of which Alexis is a writer on) as well 2 covers “Angels” and “Take on Me”. Tony who has worked with super stars, such as Bette Midler, John Secada, Gloria Estafan, Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, is extremely pleased with Alexis’ progress since she has become a member of the Mindset Family. Tony has been working with Alexis approximately twice a week, further developing her vocal texture, strength and range. Paul, Mindset’s president, says that although Mindset is a strong believer in artist development they generally wouldn’t work with such a young artist but in this case Alexis’ talent and ability are just undeniable. He firmly believes that Alexis is a star in waiting and as such he is willing to invest his time, effort and all of Mindset’s resources into the development of Alexis so that her potential will become reality. .. .. .. .. .. ....

At Mindset Entertainment they have no interest in manufacturing an artist, they strongly believe in Artsit Development so that Alexis develop her God given talents!!!!! If Alexis were to be compared to anyone at this time it would be Bianca Ryan since they both have that deep, rich, powerful sound. Both girls come out the Sal Dupree Vocal Academy. .... ..........
