Harvey didn't pick up his bass for many years, but his love of music eventually brought him back to playing and he is again doing what he loves best.

John McCauley- Drums
John McCauley began playing drums at the age of 13. The first "kit" he had, was self made of boxes and various sizes of coffee cans layed out on the floor with the brass bottom of a globe used as a cymbal. He started out playing along with whatever was on the radio, then graduated to "jamming" with his records and cassettes. One Christmas, John begged his parents for a real drum set and they delivered. John's family had a guesthouse/garage out back of the main house where he put bands together all through high school with friends. John still to this day is in contact with Steve Barnett, one of his closest friends, who started the band Vertigo which later became and still is Grimacing Eskimos. They still get together from time to time and record songs for fun. John served 4 years in the U.S. Navy where, yes he played in bands as much as the military would allow. Shortly after completing his tour, John joined the band Rednek where he spent 10 years recording with and playing shows over the Dallas, TX. area until the band broke up in march of 2008. John also played for the band Coilback for a couple years in that same time period. John has spent time playing many different styles of music ranging anywhere from metal, r&b, rock, country, and even jazz. John's influences include Iron Maiden, Metallica, Led Zepplin, Lenard Skynard, Reba McEntire, George Jones, Randy Travis, and Billy Joel. His Favorite Drummers are John Bonham, Neil Peart, Larz Ulrich, and Steve Jordan. John currently uses Tama Rockstar Drums and Zildjian cymbols.
Joyce Curtis first showed an interest in singing and playing piano as a 5 year old in her hometown church. Family and friends worked together to enable her to have opportunities to develop her natural abilities, although she has never had voice lessons. Joyce sang and played piano at every opportunity presented to her. She was always very active in school, church and community choirs, bands and shows. At 17 she achieved the title of Junior Miss Oregon and this opened many doors to develop her talent. Singing and playing piano was the talent portion of her performance. When Joyce graduated from high school she made the decision to join the Air Force where she continued to hone her craft with many various bands throughout Europe and the U.S. Having such a wide range of opportunities to work with other talent, Joyce discovered her interest in harmony and backup vocal. Joyce has worked as a backup vocalist in studios and has competed in a number of vocal competitions. She is often contacted by friends and family to sing at events such as weddings, memorials and fund raisers. Military duty often required Joyce to set her love of music aside during many military missions including Desert Storm and the current Gulf war in Iraq . When Joyce retired she made the move to Dallas Fort Worth and focuses on her passion. Singing harmony is a perfect expression of musical challenge. I like to imagine that loved ones that have passed before me can hear me sing. Joyce's musical influences which varies widely include Reba McIntire, Emmy Lou Harris, Barbara Streisand, Matricia Berg, Mary Chapin Carpenter and Patsy Cline.
