So, since I began writing my own music, people have had trouble pinpointing exactly what 'genre' it is. So, I named it PopGrass. Springfield, MO is in southwest Missouri...it took us about 8 hours to get to Nashville when I visited in April. There are a couple good venues downtown...The Outland and Outland Ballroom come to mind. Patton Alley Pub puts on shows and the Gallery Sounds Series at the Randy Bacon Gallery have brought in some amazing artists.
It's no Nashville, but there are some great artists hidden away here in the Queen City of the Ozarks (some of them are my MySpace friends).
i've never work on videos, yet. i always use my favorite cartoon, Dragonball Z, to add my music and stuff. you can see some of them on youtube by looking for "makaku777".
i work totally on my computer. crazy, huh? i make all genres. you can check one of my new songs on my profile "sweet sensation". i think you'll like the groove. :D

The band I'm in is a jazz big band. I would tell you our website but there's nothing on it right now (still waiting for some band members to send me pictures, sound clips, set lists, etc. before I can make a decent website). Not symphonic music, but think Brian Setzer Orchestra, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, etc..
I don't blame you for not wanting to drive to M'boro. I have to go to N'ville every Monday for rehearsal and I hate driving that too.

Hi Alexis! No I don't live in Bell Buckle but yes I am in a band, a big band, just had rehearsal tonight in Nashville. I live in the Murfreesboro area though. Do you ever play down here often?

We like to keep the comments justmegan related, as this is a fan site for that band only. Your music is nice and all but doesn't quite fit the justmegan style.
