.. .. Hello everybody. My name is Alex Kajumulo. I am a recording artist and producer. I have a record label called Babukaju Records and have so far produced five albums. Never Before, Justice for Mankind, Searching for Love, I'm Kool Like That, and Bushman Vision. Never Before has been playing all over the world. One of my songs, Maza Africa, was a finalist in the 2007 International Songwriting Competition. Other songs in the Never Before album have so far been licensed by several organizations. I think it is very important to collaborate with musicians from all across the world in making my songs. I have worked with DubPHixS from Belgium/the Philippines, Selassie I. Soldier from U.S./Jamaica, H-Bomb U.S./Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lace Cadence from U.S.A., Emotionz from Argentina/Canada, Lauren Barnes Seattle,U.S., Ruby from U.S./Japan, Jochim from Lake Stevens, WA, Fela from Central African Republic, DJ B-Mello from Seattle, Maurice Jones Jr. from Seattle/Canada, one of the very best bass players I know, and many others. I have a deep appreciation for their contributions. My music is available both digitally and in hard copies in pretty much any music store. My most recent project is organizing a trip to Tanzania, my home country, for people who buy my music and register to win on my website.

And one more thing: many people see my dreads and think I am Rastafarian or spend time smoking weed and doing drugs. I have never smoked weed, abused alcohol or other substances. My music is clean and meant to be enjoyed by people everywhere of all ages.
