About me (musical contents):
I've played_bassist_ with
Rhapsody ,power epic metal band,
and recorded gigged through the world for a while -
with MAny ,many ,MANY famous and not_so famous_but skilled_bands (say Nightwish,Sonata Arctica, Stratovarius and so on)
Played Albums Lives around The world The following in particular :
"symphony of enchanted lands"
"Dawn of Victory"
"Rain of a Thousand Flames"
"Power of the Dragonflame"
Plus various mini albums with one-shot or special songs included
On the immediate post-Rhapsody period ,
I've recorded some bass for foreign bands and and international projects in charge as "sessionist" ,thous not labeled in the credits .
Metal but aso rock-pop stuff.
EVen an Hip-pop project where i felt it was wiser decision to don put my name on it,not rapresenting myself and my style fully honestly.
After i 've left Rhapsody,and joined a band called Wingdom,
The album recorded is called "Reality",
Arranged and recorded In One Month in a very Isolated and Very Inspiring Location lIn Finland
where i found extremely skilled musicians and great guys
As:
the ex keyboardsit of Sonata arctica Mikko H..rkin ,and Sami Asp
(a guy who worked with the drummer of Steve Vai Virgil Donati ,
and with Derek Sherinian ,ex-keyboardist of Dream theater and Alice cooper)
Labeled by Stratovarius's Singer Timo Kotipelto,an amazing active Guy.
Great Band but ,except for the Great music ,there was a problem of distance,
As i'm italian and the rest of the band was living in Finland (really a pity)
Wingdom keep a bit of my Progressive Rock soul within.

For a brief period i 've also played on Orchestra Cruiser's Ships as bassist .
Visiting more in deep south american latin plaeces as Argentina and Brasil .
I've really liked those places too.
I 've also Played many times As a Guest in some Albums,
Plus I played as a sesssion for few albums Too..
..That means that "Somewhere" You hear me playing without to know I'm ME THERE!!
...And Sorry i cant't tell You where (get payed also for That ;-) :) )..

sorry to keep bothering you like this, but i was wondering, for a 4 finger technique (index, middle, ring, and pinky) whats the best way i could go about practicing it?
like running scales or just play 8th notes until its consistant?
