L'avventura musicale di Alex "Midnight" Moschini inizia nel 1985 quando inizia a prendere lezioni di chitarra classica con il maestro Valter Davi. Qualche mese dopo Alex ha il suo primo approccio con il basso elettrico che diventa immediatamente il suo strumento ufficiale per il quale conseguirà in seguito il diploma della scuola Omnibass del Maestro Federico Gori. Nella primavera del 1986 Alex forma la sua prima band: i G.L.A.S. che diverrà successivamente una hard rock band storica per tutta la provincia di Pistoia e che riscuoterà fama su tutto il territorio nazionale e non. Il genere proposto dai G.L.A.S. della prima ora è un glam hard rock riconducibile ad influenze di gruppi come Kiss, Mötley Crüe, Aerosmith. Successivamente il genere si evolverà fino al primo scioglimento della band avvenuto nel 1993 toccando i confini del class metal di gruppi come Dokken, Ratt, Van Halen fino ad arrivare alla sperimentazione di bands come Extreme e King's X. Con i G.L.A.S. dal 1986 al 1993 Alex incide un mini Lp ("Audax Vincit" - G.a.s. records - 1988) 2 demo tapes ("Speak of the heart" - 1987 e "Made in Italy" - 1989) ed un brano per una cd compilation ("Heartbeat city" presente su "R.A.U.S.?" - Musical Box Promotion - 1991). Inoltre la band riesce a firmare un contratto con la Musical Box Promotion di Klaus Byron, allora curatore della sezione Metallo Italiano su Metal Shock, oggi caporedattore di Flash Europa. Corre l'anno 1990. Durante questo periodo Alex collabora contemporaneamente anche con la pop-country band Last trip to Tulsa che successivamente cambierà il nome in Ontario e con questo moniker inciderà 2 cd. Dopo lo scioglimento dei G.L.A.S. Alex forma insieme al chitarrista Lorenzo Tanini e al batterista Andrea Roventini i R 'n' r Widows hard rock cover band che suona nei locali di tutta la toscana riscuotendo un grande successo. La band è attiva a periodi alterni fino al 1997 poi Andrea Roventini parte per gli U.S.A. dove rimarrà 2 anni perfezionando la sua tecnica e la band si scioglie. La voglia di esprimere la creatività con canzoni proprie spinge Alex a formare i Charisma, band hard rock con cantato in italiano di cui tra gli altri facevano parte sempre Lorenzo Tanini alla chitarra e il Singer Samuele Bonardi oggi con gli N.R.G. di Guido Melis, ex-bassista dei Time Escape. Il gruppo dura pochi mesi ma lascia traccia di se con un eccezionale demo di 2 canzoni di puro class metal e un emozionante concerto all'anfiteatro delle cascine di Firenze dove la band riscuote vasti consensi.Dopo lo scioglimento dei Charisma Alex viene reclutato dagli H.A.R.E.M., gruppo street metal capitanato dal singer Freddy Delirio che aveva suonato con Alex nell'ultima formazione dei G.L.A.S. e che in quel periodo suonava le tastiere nei Death SS ed aveva inciso un cd con loro. Con gli H.A.R.E.M. Alex incide il secondo omonimo demo tape del 1995 e suona in diversi concerti tra cui un'ottima performance al festival "The long rock 'n' roll day" di Palermo dove il pubblico accoglie in quartetto lucchese calorosamente. Alex però lascia la band nell'estate del 1996, desideroso di riformare la sua passione di sempre: i G.L.A.S.. La band si riforma per una serie di date come terzetto ottenendo diversi consensi. Il pubblico dimostra di apprezzare sia il vecchio che il nuovo repertorio della band che però rimane attiva fino all'autunno del 1997 poi si scioglie nuovamente. A questo punto Alex collabora per qualche mese con la funky-disco band del tastierista montecatinese Andrea Pagni. Questo fino a quando Alex all'inizio del 1998 riceve la chiamata de[[[iframe]]], cover band rock & blues di Pistoia. Alex rimane ne[[[iframe]]] 3 anni fino allo scioglimento della band avvenuto nella primavera del 2001 e con loro registra il demo-cd omonimo del 1999, contenente 8 brani (tutte cover) dove la band si avventura nella rivisitazione moderna di brani rock abbracciando un periodo che va dalla seconda metà degli anni '60 fino ai primi anni '90. Nel 2001 Alex è torna sulla scena musicale con la glam Hardrock band Haze insieme all'amico batterista Andrea Roventini ma il progetto dopo il debut demo "Let me be your snake!" in inglese e la versione di due brani in spagnolo non ha seguito. Così ad inizio 2002 Alex entra a far parte degli Autminrich, cover band di musica italiana d'autore insieme agli ex-G.L.A.S. Sergio Leonetti e Massimo Cappelli e al singer Emanuele Cutsodontis e il tastierista Giacomo Birrieri. Durante tutto il 2003 la band solca vari palchi in toscana e riscuotendo consensi soprattutto con 2 eisibizioni al Teatro Pacini di Pescia. Il tutto culmina in un demo di 6 tracce di cui 2 inediti scritti da Alex che raccolgono consensi tra la critica. Ma all'inizio del 2004 avviene qualcosa di importante. L'incontro con alcuni musicisti dell'area swing jazz valdinievolina spinge Alex ad entrare a far parte del Quartetto Bastrelli con lo pseudonimo di Alessandro Bastrelli. Questa esperienza porta Alex ad esplorare situazioni musicali a lui ancora sconosciute come il jazz e lo swing. In contemporanea il richiamo del sangue e dei G.L.A.S. si fa sentire forte e la storica band si riforma nel giugno dello stesso anno. La nuova fatica giunta dopo 14 anni di silenzio si intitola "Eighteen" e celebra i 18 anni di attività della band. La critica accoglie molto bene il cd con vari consensi sia in Italia che all'estero soprattutto in Grecia ed in Argentina. La line-up però è vacillante ed alla fine del 2006 Alex si ritrova da solo a doverla ricostruire. I G.L.A.S. vengono temporaneamente congelati ed Alex si dedica ad altri progetti tra i quali un demo per lo storico cantautore montecatinese Paolo Ricci facente parte di uno spettacolo basato sul racconto degli anni 70 in Italia, e la reunion de[[[iframe]]] con Alex anche in veste di cantante. Infatti Alex sta studiando canto con la Maestra Mary Filizola. Nel frattempo l'esperienza con il Quartetto Bastrelli si è conclusa consentendo ad Alex di riversare tutte le energie alla ricostruzione dei G.L.A.S. che ha successo nella primavera del 2007 quando rientra nella band il singer Samuele Bonardi e vengono reclutati il chitarrista Thomas Bottaini ed il batterista Fabrizio Tribolini. Il risultato è il cd full lenght "Planet Music" per il quale la band sta attualmente cercando un contratto.
Alex "Midnight" Moschini's musical adventure begins in 1985 when he gets some classic guitar lessons with the Maestro Valter Davi. Some months later Alex has his first approach with the electric bass guitar that becomes inmediately his main music instrument under the guide of the Maestro Federico Gori at the Omnibass Institute for which Alex is graduated. In Spring 1986 he creates his first band: G.L.A.S. that will become an historical hard rock band in the local Area having a large success in the italian and abroad underground hard rock panorama. The genre played by the band in the beginning is glam rock oriented with influences of bands as Kiss, Mötley Crüe, Aerosmith. Later the genre will develop until G.L.A.S' first split up in 1993 passing through class metal under Dokken, Ratt, Van Halen influences and touching the field of sperimental hard rock under the influence of bands as Extreme and King's X. With G.L.A.S. from 1986 to 1993 Alex records 1 Ep ("Audax Vincit" - G.a.s. records - 1988) 2 demo tapes ("Speak of the heart" - 1987 and "Made in Italy" - 1989) i song for a cd compilation ("Heartbeat city" from "R.A.U.S.?" - Musical Box Promotion - 1991) and 1 live-demo ("Unchain the night" - Recorded during Chianciano Rock - 1992). The band signs also a contract with Musical Box Promotion talent scout agency of Klaus Byron, at that time responsable for the section Italian Metal on Metal Shock, today director of Flash Europa. It's 1990. During this period Alex cooperates also with the pop-country band Last trip to Tulsa that later will change its name into Ontario and with this moniker will publish 2 cds. After G.L.A.S.' split up Alex creates the hard rock cover band R 'n' widows together with the guitar player Lorenzo Tanini and the drummer Andrea Roventini. The band plays everywhere in Tuscany's pubs having success and will play in altern periods until 1997 when Andrea Roventini flies to U.S.A. to inprove his drums skill and will stay there for 2 years. Then the band splits up. The will of showing his talent with his own music leads Alex to create Charisma, hard rock band with italian lyrics together with Lorenzo Tanini on guitar and the singer Samuele Bonardi today with the band N.R.G. together with Guido Melis, Time Escape's ex-bass player. The band records a 2 tracks demo of pure class metal and plays in a emotional live act at Anfiteatro delle Cascine in Florence. Then the band splits up. After Charisma's disband Alex joins the line up of the street metal band H.A.R.E.M., leaded by the singer Freddy Delirio who played with him as keyboarder into the last G.L.A.S.' line-up and in that period played with Death SS and recorded a cd with them. With H.A.R.E.M. Alex records their second demo-tape in 1995 and played in several live acts. One of the best performances is the appearence at the festival "The long rock 'n' roll day" in Palermo. As Alex wish to give life again to G.L.A.S. he leaves H.A.R.E.M. in summer of 1996. G.L.A.S. play together as a trio for some months in several concerts and people appreciate the old and the new songs. But the band splits up again in autumn of 1997. After that Alex cooperates for some months with the funky-disco band of the keyboarder Andrea Pagni. Then in the beginning of 1998 Alex joins the cover rock & blues band Frame. Alex stays with Frame 3 years until their split in spring of 2001 and records with them a demo-cd in 1999 containing 8 rock songs (all covers) that are a journey through the music history from 60s to early 90s remade in a modern key. In 2001 Alex came back on the hardrock scene with the glam hardrock band Haze with the drummer and friend Andrea Roventini, but after the debut demo cdr "Let me be your snake!" and the spanish version of 2 songs the project story has no evolution. So in the beginning of 2002 Alex join the line up of Autmirich, italian music cover band with the ex-G.L.A.S. Massimo Cappelli and Sergio Leonetti and with 2 new musicians: the singer Emanuele Cutsodontis and the keyboarder Giacomo Birrieri. During 2003 the band plays in various concerts and receive many positive impressions most of all in 2 concerts at the Pacini Theater in Pescia. These positive impressions bring the band recording their debut demo cdr with 4 covers and 2 original songs both written by Alex that receive good reviews. But in the beginning of 2004 something important happens. The encounter with some musicians of the swing jazz local ambient that convince Alex in exploring musical territories never discovered before and so with the name of Alessandro Bastrelli he joined the line up of Quartetto Bastrelli. At the same time Alex gives life again to G.L.A.S. in June 2004 and the band publishes its new demo cdr after 14 years of silence simply named "Eighteen", a celebration of the 18th year of the band's creation. The cdr receives many good reviews in Italy and abroad expecially in Greece and Argentina. But the line-up is not solid and Alex at the end of 2006 remains alone. So in the meantime Alex works in other projects like the new cd of the singer Paolo Ricci for a show telling the story of the 70s in Italy and the reunion of Frame with Alex as a singer. In fact Alex is having singing classes with the teacher Mary Filizola. Meanwhile the experience with Quartetto Bastrelli is finished and Alex can dedicate himself on G.L.A.S. The new line up presented in the spring of 2007 is the following: Samuele Bonardi (vocals) Thomas Bottaini (guitars) and Fabrizio Tribolini (drums - ex Kaos Dimention). The new work is a full lenght cd titled "Planet Music" and the band is searching for a contract.

Algunos meses despuès Alex tiene su primero aproche con el bajo electrico que se hace enseguida su instrumento oficial bajo la guìa del Maestro Federico Gori en la escuela Omnibass. En la primavera de 1986 Alex forma su primera banda: Los G.L.A.S. que se ha echa una banda hard rock historica en la zona local y tuvo mucho exito en el mundo musical underground italiano y no. Sucesivamente el género se devolucionara hasta la primera separaciòn de la banda en 1993 tocando los confines del class metal de bandas como Dokken, Ratt, Van Halen hasta llegar a la esperimentaciòn de bandas como Extreme y King's X. Con los G.L.A.S. desde 1986 hasta 1993 Alex graba un EP ("Audax Vincit" - G.a.s. records - 1988) 2 demo tapes ("Speak of the heart" - 1987 y "Made in Italy" - 1989) una canciòn para una cd compilation ("Heartbeat city" que aparece sobre "R.A.U.S.?" - Musical Box Promotion - 1991) y und demo tape live ("Unchain the night" - Grabado a lo largo de Chianciano Rock - 1992). Ademàs la banda firma un contracto con la agenzia Musical Box Promotion de Klaus Byron, en aquella epoca responsable del espacio Metallo Italiano sobre Metal Shock, hoy director de Flash Europa. Es el año 1990. A lo largo de este periodo Alex trabaja junto con la banda pop-country Last trip to Tulsa que sucesivamente cambiara su nombre en Ontario y con este moniker grabara 2 cds. Despuès de la separaciòn de los G.L.A.S. Alex forma la hard rock cover band R 'n' r Widows junto a el guitarista Lorenzo Tanini y al baterista Andrea Roventini y con este banda Alex toca en los pubs de toda la Toscana teniendo mucho exito. El grupo toca junto para algunos meses y despuès se separa pero deja un demo tape exceptional con 2 canciònes de autentico class metal y un concierto emocionante tenido en el Anfiteatro delle Cascine en Florencia.Despuès de la separaciòn de los Charisma Alex recibe la llamada de los H.A.R.E.M., banda street metal del singer Freddy Delirio que habìa tocado los teclados en la ultima line-up de los G.L.A.S. y que en aquella epoca tocaba con los Death SS y habìa grabado con ellos un cd. Con los H.A.R.E.M. Alex graba el segundo demo tape en 1995 y actua en nombrosos conciertos. El concierto mas importante donde Alex actua es sin duda la performance en el festival "The long rock 'n' roll day" en Palermo. Alex però deja el grupo a lo largo del verano 1996, deseoso de reunir su passion de siempre: los G.L.A.S. El grupo se vuelve junto para una serie de conciertos como trìo tuviendo mucho exito. El publico aprecia las nuevas canciònes asi como las viejas. Pero la banda se separa nuevamente en otoño 1997. Despuès Alex trabaja para algunos meses junto al grupo funky-disco del teclador Andrea Pagni hasta 1998 cuando recibe la llamada de la cover band rock & blues Frame. Alex se queda en los Frame 3 años hasta la separaciòn del grupo en primavera 2001 y con ellos graba un demo-cd en 1999 que se compone de 8 canciònes (todas covers) donde el grupo se aventura en una interpretaciòn en llave moderna de canciònes rock que abrazan un periodo muy largo que va de la segunda midad de los '60 hasta los primeros '90. En 2001 Alex vuelve sobre la escena rock con la band glam hardrock Haze junto a su Amigo y baterista Andrea Roventini. Pero despues de la publicacion de la maqueta "Let me be your snake!" y la version en español de dos temas el projecto no continua. Asi en el empiezo de 2002 Alex alcanza la line up de Autminrich, banda de cover de musica Italiana en la que tocan los ex G.L.A.S. Massimo Cappelli y Sergio Leonetti y 2 nuevos musicos: el cantante Emanuele Cutsodontis y el teclador Giacomo Birrieri. A lo largo de todo el 2003 la banda toca en varios concierto merecendo el favor de critica y de publico. Esto empuja la banda a la grabacion de un cdr omonimo que inculye 4 covers y 2 temas originales escritos por Alex que ganan muy buenas recensiones. Per al empezar de 2004 algo de importante pasa. El encuentro con algunos musicos del ambiente swing jazz local empuja Alex con el nombre de Alessandro Bastrelli alcanzar el grupo Quartetto Bastrelli para descobrir territorios musicales a el desconocido. En el contempo el sangre y la pasion convince Alex en reunir G.L.A.S. Con la nueva formacion se graba el cdr "Eighteen" que festeja el año 18 de vida de la banda y un retorno sobre la escena hardrock despues de un silencio de 14 años. El cdr gana muy buenas impresiones entre la critica italiana y estranjera sobre todo en Grecia y Argentina. La formaciòn pero no es solida y al final de 2006 Alex se queda solo. Con G.L.A.S. parados de momento Alex se ocupa de otros projectos como el cd del cantante Paolo Ricci para un espectaculo que conta la historia de Italia en los 70s y la reunion de Frame con Alex como cantante. En efecto Alex esta estudiando canto con la Maestra Mary Filizola. En el contempo la esperiencia con Quartetto Bastrelli se acabo y Alex puede dedicarse totalmente a los G.L.A.S. que desde la primavera de 2007 se componen asi: Samuele Bonardi (Voz), Thomas Bottaini (Guitarra) y Fabrizio Tribolini (Bateria - ex Kaos Dimention). El resultado es el cd full lenght "Planet Music" por lo que la banda esta buscando un contrato.

TRL è un programma in cui vanno ospiti dei cantanti e fanno la loro esibizione. E' fatto bene! D'estate è itinerante e gira per le piazze di varie città d'Italia.
