no ewww mba cant do shit for anyone right now. i know 2 people with MBA's and they own like 40-100,000 in school loans and they got shitty jobs right now... lol naaa no MBA for me
no a friend that came back from Japan told me this cartoonist/animator saw my picture on his friends list and was interested in entering me in the top 20 chicks he has lined up to use as models for an anime movie he's looking to make. He's an aspiring cartoonist so i guess that means hes not big or famous yet, and he's willing to pay.
At the moment, real estate is very slow. This is the time of year when not much is happening in the market, and only those that really need to move are making things happen. From experiance, I would say that the best time to get into real estate is when it is a slow market. Unlike other professions, with real estate you get the lisence first (with fees and a simple course) and the education second. Realtors that came into the market when it was great are all heading for the hills now, they do know how to survive in this market.
