About me: I'm an unpublished author. I write full time. I completed my first novel for Teenagers: Year Zero - A Suffolk Sister's Adventure in 2006, after 2 years of work. That novel has received good feedback from professional readers, but so far lacks an agent or publisher. It is a teenage political travel adventure set at an elitist finishing school on a private island off the coast of the UK, and in Cambodia.
I started the sequel in December 2006: The Old Man of the Woods - set at the school and in Sarawak (Malaysian Borneo). I stopped work on it in March, because I wanted to concetrate on an adult novel until such time as a Suffolk Sisters book was published. It seemed limiting to only persue one form of writing without a publisher.
I am now writing a travel adventure for adult readers. It follows six characters as they escape, abandon, leave their current lives in the West, to embark on travels in Asia.
Before becoming a full-time writer I was a Consulting Director in the European Operations of American Software Corporations.
I'm happily married and have two daughters from a previous marriage. I live half the year between Reading and Henley, and half the year in India...
