Alex Styers grew up in Arlington Texas, where he decided to ultimately play the Saxophone. A graduate of Lamar High School, Alex was one of the top Saxophonists in his class. He sat at the top of the Jazz Band, and performed several concerts with them.
Upon graduation in 2001, Alex moved up to Denton, Texas. An alumnus of the University of North Texas in 2006, Alex received a Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts, and an Associate Degree in Spanish. While there, Alex perfected his abilities on the Soprano, Alto, and Tenor Saxophones, and also played with several local projects.

I know you are asking yourself.. "Well what do you do? Where can I see you play" Well my friends... Alex plays locally, as a solo artist, and with several local DFW groups. All shows will be updated on the page's calendar as the info becomes available.
