Hakkımda:

Hiya!

My name is Albert Lee Fizz, but you may call me Al.

Most preferably I want to spend my time as singer/songwriter and release my music via my own company called No Tie Generation, as a busker in the London Underground and as a podcaster of the ALFizz podcast, mpFREEb podcast and Undemocratic Hitlist podcast.

Come and see me in the London Underground
and donate some money for The Big Issue Foundation.
Alternatively, visit my online foundraising page
and donate some money there.
You generosity will be visible in the widget below.

(scroll the text below to read the No Tie Generation ideology)

What do I want?

Just a simple question using four words put in a certain order. But if you try to answer it for yourself, then it can blow your mind...

So what do I really want?

In an Western society the answers tend to be materialistic at first. But soon iconic words will emerge like freedom, success and confidence. And eventually the answer boils down to only one word: happiness.

The No Tie Generation is a movement with people sharing the common goal that everybody should be able to experience individual happiness while also providing a sense of happiness to others. The ideology will guide the members of the No Tie Generation how to make ethical decisions while achieving personal freedom, success and confidence.

THE BASIC CONCEPT OF THE 'NO TIE GENERATION IDEOLOGY': Happiness can be achieved and sustained by continuously pursuing freedom, success and confidence.

About freedom... The wikipedia defines freedom as 'the condition of being free of restraints' and 'the capacity to exercise choice'. Everyone is able to experience freedom, any time and any place. Of course your environment can influence to what extent you are able to feel free. However, the No Tie Generation ideology highlights that you can influence your level of freedom by using the statement "make your own decisions or else accept that others have control over you". So, it is not necessary to control everything that is influencing your life. Only those limitations that cause a conflict with your sense of freedom should be addressed by making life changing decisions.
Life changing decisions take time because you have to experience three main stages of growth: First you think it, then you communicate it and eventually you do it.
Sharing your thoughts will allow you to challenge your ideas and helps you to make the next important step towards action.
Taking action is probably the most difficult choice you can make. It encompasses change and by default we are reluctant to accept change. But the world around us is constantly changing and you need to find your place in such an environment.
There is nothing wrong with a conservative state of mind as long as you use the available time to observe how change is influencing your society. But if you wait too long to make decisions, then you tend to feel that change is forced upon you. A more liberal standpoint will help you to make changes in your life in an earlier stage. But it also carries the risk that people might not understand you, because you are too early or too quick with expressing your revolutionary ideas.
It depends on certain situations whether you are conservative or liberal. Just be aware and be responsible for the associated consequences. Only then you are ready to enjoy success.

About success... Success is defined as 'the achievement of something desired, planned or attempted' and can be seen as the reward for making important life changing decisions in your quest for happiness. Common misconception is that success should be translated into the money you earn and the possessions you own. The No Tie Generation believes that 'making money' has no added value if you don't intend to invest in humanity and that possessions are only meaningful when you use them to achieve your goals.
People who are considered successful may have become financially wealthy. But when you are part of the No Tie Generation movement, your primary drive for success is the desire to make a positive change in your life and others.
Be inspired to find happiness while taking into account commonly agreed ethical guidelines.

About confidence... Continue to make decisions to have freedom and persevere in making it happen in order to achieve success.
Along the way you will experience that people will express their confidence in your actions. The No Tie Generation encourages you to transform that confidence into a driving force to keep on going and to stay on target. Use that positive energy to remain a firm believer of your own powers.
But being confident in your own actions is not as easy as it may seem. You need to find a balance between 'being a thinker' and 'being a do-er', while allowing yourself to make mistakes in order to learn from them.
Building confidence has a direct link with the three main stages of growth from thought to action. When you tend to be a thinker, then it will be more difficult to make the necessary step towards action. When you primarily are a do-er, then you make things happen but you might not be successful. When you have found a balance between being a thinker and do-er, then success can be achieved when you allow yourself to learn from your mistakes along the way.

Let's return to the initial question: What do I want? The answer is: I want to be happy! But then ask yourself: What makes me happy?

Eventually you are able to define a detailed answer. Don't be surprised that you realise you need freedom, success and also the necessary confidence to make it happen.
You are now ready to construct your master plan that will function as the foundation for gaining confidence. The master plan is a long-term outline that contains specific goals you want to achieve in order to meet your ultimate goal in life: being happy. The master plan can also be used to construct your own personal ideology.
The biggest secret is that you are already achieving your ultimate goal as soon as you decide to define and execute your master plan. Constructing the master plan requires a focus and triggers the development of necessary abilities in order to achieve your goals. The master plan guides to you realise that the choice is yours. And along the way the No Tie Generation ideology is there for you to share.

Good luck and enjoy the ride.

No Tie Generation.

Hey Al,
I have a new political song released on my profile (free download as well). I just put it up. It's called "Mr. Walker's Epilogue" - should be the first tune on the list. I'd be interested in hearing your opinion on it.
Thanks,
-Lee
