Hey, My name is Alfonso—Singer/Songwriter/Composer from Minnesota. My music is pretty eclectic as I blend Pop, Latin and Classical. My influences range from Frank Sinatra, Film Music, Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy) and anything that sounds “catchy”. Music is my one true escape to letting my musical imagination run wild. I started out with a small portable digital recorder and started humming my ideas into it. I then grew to a digital 4-track recorder with a 61-Key Casio Keyboard. Since those days…I’ve invested and grown more and more to try and keep up with my musical ideas. Writing music for two completely different styles of music is a great feeling. Classical is the easier of the two to write for but the pleasure to make music in both styles is such a great experience. From the moment I first realized that music was my niche in life…I ran with it and haven’t looked back since. I’ve set my goals and have been working towards them as I continue growing and learning everyday. I hope to show you, the listeners, through my music and lyrics, the moments that make my life.
