Al Hamraa is an authentic Moroccan restaurant located in the Ix building, 929 Second Street SW, adjacent to Ristorante Al Dente. Opened until 2am every night except on Tuesdays. Expect to be mesmerized as soon as you walk in the door by the exotic decor and inviting ambiance warmly lit by colorful glass lanterns. You will be served sumptuous Moroccan dishes, many of which are old family recipes from owner Karim Sellam, and are encouraged to eat in the traditional way.....with your hands. After dinner, lite up a hookah as you listen to Middle Eastern and world dance music and experience live entertainment by Fire in the Belly and other guest performers.
