Alibi tom delivers vibrant harmonies, strong playful melodies and sweet hooks. There is a definite willingness to experiment and a refreshing honesty in the lyrics. At times you can hear that archetypal Swedish melancholy countered by affirming warmth. Good old organic musicianship meets unrestrained relentless, electrical energy.
Originating from Classical, Brit Pop and progressive backgrounds, combined there is a broad musical awareness in the band.
Alibi Tom's debut album (summer 2008) Scrapbook is out in stores in Scandinavia and England and is also avaliable worldwide on Itunes.
