General
the hubby and kid, photography (especially landscapes and cemetaries), tattoos, hanging out with friends (who really, are my TRUE family), my pets, sightseeing, tv watching, movie quoting, reading, home improvement, musicals, PostSecret, Cows on Parade, LOLCatz, mysticism and metaphysics, and all things dark and macabre
Music
Lots of really specific favorites. In general, though, if it's not gansta rap or gospel, chances are it appears in some form on my iPod
Movies
nearly anything from Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, Kevin Smith, or Tim Burton. Superhero movies. Juno, The Crow, The Godfather Trilogy, The Star Wars Trilogy (the original one, anyway), Serenity, Princess Bride, Full Metal Jacket, Rent, Shawshank Redemption, Tombstone, the Untouchables, Serenity, Nightmare Before Christmas and way too freaking others to name
Television
Heroes, Pushing Daisies, How I Met Your Mother, Mythbusters, CSI (Las Vegas), The Office, 30 Rock, Robot Chicken, My Name is Earl, American Idol (no, really), Law and Order: SVU, Robot Chicken, House, Survivorman, Family Guy, Grey's Anatomy, Miami Ink, Simpsons, Rescue Me, Biggest Loser, and anything else I have Season Passes for on Tivo. For shows long-since gone, Buffy and Firefly to name two faves....
Books
The Odd Thomas books, Lightning, The DaVinci Code, The Godfather, Good In Bed, The Vampire Chronicles, The Memory of Running, John Grisham, most Stephen King and Dean Koontz, and so on and so on.
Currently I have a stack of books at least as tall as I am that are waiting to be read....
Heroes
My husband and son. The hubby turned out to be the absolute greatest guy I know, in spite (NOT because) of his upbringing. AND he puts up with me and my neurotic nature. My son, because he doesn't know the concept of embarrassment or a stranger, so he by proxy forces me to come out of my shell. And he's our miracle kiddo; who says miracles don't happen?
