Chuck and I would like to touch your hearts and souls with our new cd.
‘INTIMATELY YOURS’, is a 50 minute, 20 track kaleidoscope of feelings and thoughts expressed as words and music. It is as much about Chuck Berglund’s music as it is about my poems. Chuck’s soundscapes can easily stand on their own as do my poems, but together, they have a synergy that elevates the listener to another plane of existence. I named the cd ‘Intimately Yours’ based on a comment I received on AcidPlanet, re: that I speak about intimate things.

I am Czech-American, born in a refugee camp in Germany and immigrated to the US with my parents when I was about 20 months old. I read. I write. I started writing poems at the tender age of ten. Writing proved to be cathartic. I finally gathered enough courage to share with the world.
Dearest and Most Precious: A Love Journal is my first book. It is available from my publisher at www.authorhouse.com. The book is a ‘collage’ of journal entries and notes/poems to former lovers adjusted and arranged so as to seem to be for one person in the ‘present’. Two excerpts from my book are on the new 'Intimately Yours' CD and one is on the Ciba/Rhythm on 22nd cd.

Between going and staying the day wavers, in love with its own transparency. The circular afternoon is now a bay where the world in stillness rocks. All is visible and all elusive, all is near and can't be touched. Paper, book, pencil, glass, rest in the shade of their names.
