It conveys much of the aesthetics to which I am drawn and, to the discerning eye, will tell you a lot more about me than this MySpace profile.

Movies/Shows I got rid of cable TV in 2007, so most of my exposure to moving pictures comes from films, DVDs, and the net. A few of my favorite series include Aeon Flux (animated series), Cowboy Bebop, The Closer, BSG, Venture Brothers, The Daily Show, Pushing Daisies, My Name Is Earl, pretty much any shows on nature, science or the paranormal. I have been able to insulate myself from advertising almost entirely. I'd rather watch paint dry than be subjected to commercial propaganda. Some movie favs include Pan's Labyrinth, Blade Runner, Secretary, Dead Man, The World's Fastest Indian...

Food: raw food, baby!

Other Interests: philosophy, independent spirituality, tolerance, interracial themes, intellectual stimuli, sweating on dance floors, leather and latex. Eros, Philia, Agape, Storge, and Thelema.

Heroes: People who can admit to being wrong when they are. Anyone who serves the interests of all people—not simply themselves, their relatives, friends or countrymen. Bad-ass musicians and artisans are also high on the list.
