    .. Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, suspense and mystery movies, action movies (like XXX, The Fast and the Furious)...huge Vin fan!), good comedies (like Zoom, The Mask, Bruce and Evan Almighty), kid's movies (especially cartoons!!), and martial arts movies. One of my favorite movies is Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe!! I LOVE to watch movies!!

    .. UFC, Law and Order(s), CSI: Crime Scene Invest., Crossing Jordan, Without a Trace, M.A.S.H., Walker Texas Ranger, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Court TV, Nick at Night, Lifetime movies, or anything that is on that seems interesting. :)

    .. The Bible is first and foremost on my list. Anything I need to know is all in one book! Outside of that, I love Harry Potter, books by Frank Peretti, The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings series, and most fantasy and detective books. I also am a fan of James Patterson's books.

  • Heroes

    .. I don't really have any. Humans have too many faults. The only one I look up to and would want to model my life after is Jesus. But, if I had to pick people that I think are good role models due to their character, dedication to what they do...etc. I would have to say my best friend because she has overcome many challenges, our pastor because she has such a close relationship with God and she is never afraid to follow Him even when it goes against what people think/say...she follows Christ, not man, and my husband because he has taught me so many things and loves our family unconditionally. As for well known people, Vin Diesel because he takes his craft seriously and researches each character to the point that someone watching him in a movie would believe he is that character (and not Vin), has worked hard for what he has and hasn't forgotten where he came from; Bruce Lee for his total dedication for his craft and willingness to teach it to others (...and just because he was awesome!); and for all those celeb's that make a stand for Christ and don't care about what other people think (even if it means not getting a part). There are more, but those would be my first picks.

About me:

.. First...my number one priority in life is to let everyone know about Jesus Christ. Everyone is worthy of His love and forgiveness. I say this because if He can save someone like me, forgive me, and change me, he can do it for anyone. What religion am I? I have a relationship with God. I don't believe in "religion" because putting labels on what you believe just creates confusion and ill feelings between believers. This makes people think "why would I want to be a part of something that creates these feelings between people?". 'Religious' people are more focused on their denomination and "why theirs is better" and keeping themselves so busy with their good works that they loose sight of what matters, God. I believe in having a deep relationship with God and focusing on Him, not on my 'religion', and waiting for God to show me where He wants me to join Him (and not the other way around). I love to write in my spare time...or whenever I get that burst of creativity. I (aka: Alikzandria James) have actually just had my first children's book published this year and it is now for sale on the website www.Xlibris.com/Bookstore. I love spending time with God, and my family. I love to draw floor plans of houses, read, watch movies, play on the computer and playstation, write, and cook. Finally, Everything I have experienced in my life has made me who I am today. I have no regrets, because I know that God can use all of my past experiences (good or bad) to help someone or to further His work He has started in my life. I have made the choice to just sit back and allow God to take control and see where He leads me. .. ..

.. Other people that share the same faith/belief/thoughts, children's books authors, authors of any sort, and basically anyone else. You can learn something from everyone! I would love to meet Patrick Stewart, Vin Diesel, Diane Keaton, Steve Martin, Martin Short, James Earl Jones, Scott Hamilton, Montel Williams, (love to see) Journey, Steven Curtis Chapman, and God (after I pass on...I know I will at least get to meet Him) Also, anyone who wants to know about Jesus Christ.
