Bio
Bobby Evans & The Alimony Blues Band have been a staple on the Wisconsin music scene for over 28 years. Playing thousands of gigs from Summerfest, Lambeau Field, The State Fair, Octoberfest, The Harley 95 and 100th, Waterfest Sawdust Days, ABATE's SummerHummer(5 times) and countless bars, festivals fairs church picnics bars , biker clubs and parties and weddings. Featuring Bobby's brother Evil Evans on lead vocals and bass. Evil is one of the most loved entertainers around. Also one of the coolest people you would ever ever meet. Evil is the HEART and SOUL of the band. People like Bobby, they love EVIL. Bobby is considered an A list slide player. Also known for his work with The Lincoln County Regulators, The Friends Show Band, The DairyLand Kings, The Shari Davis band, Easy Action and Madisons Mad Polecats. On drums featuring Craig Panosh, WAMI drummer of the year 2006 and former touring drummer with Bernard alison and new Orleans mainstay Bryan Lee. In addition to the above we also have several people who regularly play with us. In no particular order or preferance. Ted Skenendore, drums. Ted play with The Blue Cats and his own band Strong medicine(new excellent cd coming out soon). Ted is a wonderful singer and drummer. A WAMI winner with his native american band and has traveled the world showcasing his drumming and singing. I also count Ted as a true friend and wonderfull person. He is fun to be around. Cailyn Lloyd plays guitar with us at many gigs. I get a lot of questions about her.She rocks! After living in London and playing she put her guitar away. After seeing A Sleeter Kinney show she got inspired to come back to playing. Check her out at www.myspace.com/cailyn1 I also play in the Madpolecats (check em out at WWW.myspace.com/madpolecats In it are my brother ski, and nephews Jesse and Paul. -
