2009年7月22日、奄美大島・トカラ列島、そして屋久島・種子島を含む一帯が
今世紀最大の皆既日食を迎えます。

世界中から訪れる日食ハンターたち、偶然に居合わせた旅行客
島に住む人たち
誰にとっても
地球や太陽や月、いきものが生きていることを
実感する5分間になるでしょう。

日食当日には、各島で様々なイベントが企画されています。
わたしたちは
宇宙にもっとも近く、世界の海を渡ってきた旅人が集まる島―種子島
でのイベントを考えています。

2年後の日食まで、東京や各島で、LIVE イベントを始め様々な催しを企画しています。
