About me:
I became interested it Raw Foods in 1992 after an "accidental" stay at the Optimum Health Institute in Lemon Grove, Ca. I say accidental because I had no idea what I was getting into. I thought I had made reservations at a pampering spa, LOL Those three weeks changed my life and in January 2008 I realized the dream that began with that visit.
A-Live and Healthy is an Organic Eatery, Juice Bar and Produce Market We serve Fresh Organic Foods and Beverages, Sell Fresh Organic Produce, and encourage and support the Living Foods lifestyle.

Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone who is already vegetarian or vegan and anyone who is interested in improving their health with nutrition. We are available to encourage, support and educate :)
