Allan Ellingsgaard was born in Solihull, England in May 1979. He grew up in the Faroe Islands, a country situated in the north Atlantic between Scotland and Iceland.
From a very early age Allan showed musical interest and ability. In the late 90's Allan was the lead singer in a Christian pop/rock band called "Face to Face". The band had a desire to share their faith through music, encouraging Christians to live full out for God and challenging non-Christians about God's love for them. The passion to see lost souls reached for the Gospel is still at the very heart of Allan's music ministry.
In 2001 Allan married Judith and they now live together with their two children in Judith's hometown in Northern Ireland. In 2006 Allan recorded his first album 'going Home', which was officially released in the Faroes in January 2007 and in the UK in February 2007.

Hey Allan eg havi tað bara gott. Eri til skips nú, skuldi fáða frí nú um mánaðarskiftið, men tað hevur verði so øgiliða nógv illvegur so vit hava ikki klára at fiska nokk. Ferian verður eitt sindur forsinka. Eg havi planir um at ferðast yvur á hatta kontinanti skjótt, men tað verður til California hesa ferð, so tað er nokkso langt vekk frá Albera haldi eg hehe. Má fara at hyggja í kort. Er tað ikki kalt har uppi sum tit eru ?
Hey Allan heilt ótrúliga feitar myndir tit hava. Veit at eg ikki oyði at siða so sum eitt mannfólk, men Benjamin og James síggja simpulten so fittir út. Man burdi kent teir betur :) Og landskapi har halga ikki, haldi eg vil flyta har til, búgva tit tætt við hatta har.

Allan- I do hope all is well with you? I thought of you today as I was at the Women of Faith Conference in Dallas. Lucy Swindoll sang a verse of "Come thou Fount of Every blessing" to go along with her story she was telling. I thought of your voice singing the song and wanted to let you know that I still stop by and listen to your songs every once in awhile- the Lord has truly blessed you with an awesome singing voice! i am visiting my future after 3 years , feeling wonderfully on my journey , i turn round 2 ask myself standing on the time line of today : say :hey , overthere , what r u doing now ?! is there any one of these matter today related to the good vision after 3 years ?
turn out 2 find that : some things i want to do ain't necessary 2 do , they are unconnected with my futhre , although they seem harmless but waste my much time in vain , it looks as if i need 2 study how 2 put some things on the right track again...

Hey! ;D Jújú... Konertin var bara heilt skeg! Vit eru í Danmark og ferðast í løtuni. Her er ordiliga hyggeligt, hevði veðrið bara verið eitt sindur betri, so hevði verið fyrstafloks! Hoyri at tit skulu flytað til Alberta í Canada. Nær fara tit?? :P
Irish weather- it's so easy to predict...count on rain and anything else is a plus!! Ha ha.... though my dad is happy with the rain....I'm sure a lot of farmers are- May was really dry.
