About me:

Hello, I'm Kat or Katie, depending on how long you've known me. :)

What can I tell you about me? Nothing interesting really. First and foremost I am a daughter. Family is very important to me, and I hope to one day have a small one of my own. Lets not get ahead of ourselves though. Right now I'm just a typical college student who is studying to become a teacher.

I have a few goals I'm trying to accomplish. Hopefully; I'll be the first in my family to graduate from college (my older brother just returned to school so it's a race) and I'm also looking forward to adopting/fostering a child or two in a couple of years, as soon as I'm on my own and financially stable enough to do so.

My life is very repetitive at the moment, but whose isn't? I spend a lot of time on my laptop (I take online classes whenever possible) or watching television with my family. I also play video games. Mostly on my Wii, which is what I use for the little exercise I do.

I’m twenty-two, and I still live at home. I suppose I don’t particularly mind because I suspect I’m a hermit crab re-incarnated. I'm protected by a Great Dane security system named Andie who destroys the house whenever I'm gone, so I'm thankful my parents are around to watch her.

Honestly, I just like to stay home and read a book or watch a movie (one that I’ve undoubtedly seen at least a thousand times before.) Coffee, however, is a great incentive.
