Alleyboy has always been influenced by music, growing up listening to hip hop and underground artists such as 2pac, Biggie, Bone Thugz, Eminem, Cypress Hill, Dead Prez, Onyx, Outerspace, Jedi Mind Tricks and many more, led him to want to do pursue himself as a artist in the music industry. Born Dec 23 1989, Adam Alan Aitken a.k.a Alleyboy was born & raised in London Ontario. He has always been influenced by music, growing up listening to hip hop and underground artists led him to want to do something of his own in the music industry. He started rapping/freestyling around 7th or 8th grade and it just stuck with him. His rhyming skill has grown over the years and continues to escalate. Adam is currently working on his first mixtape which will feature some other local artists. So lets get to his nickname which used to be Triple A because its not hard to see that all his enitials are A's, but it was changed to Alleyboy because back in the day Adam would always be chilling around downtown getting into trouble. His name was given to him by his "hommies" that threw the name out there and was snatched up by Adam. That is the name he has been known by around the city and it has been since (2003). Adams flow is more underground but he can do mainstream as well so it is a bit of both combined, but he mostly started out with more of a underground flow, mostly because he likes those dark intense beats but he switches it up to mainstream quite easily. I guess it would depend on what kind of track he wants to preform or what he is inspired to do at the time. To sum it all up Adams passion for music is continually growing and will always continue to be a big part of his life. Influences
Alleyboy has always been influenced by music, like a lot of people believe its a everyday part of life so he says he cant just say hes influenced by just one or more of the people that make up hip hop or underground rap. He would say hes influenced by the music itself. Ever since he started listening to it around age five, and threw out his years it has given him the inspiration and the drive to create some music of his own and hopefully one day to be heard by many.
