Alley Cat Allies (ACA) is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to end the killing of cats and lead the movement for their humane care. Over 70% of cats that enter our nation's animal control pounds and shelters are killed - feral, stray and companion. That number jumps to virtually 100% for feral cats.
We actively promote accessible and affordable spay and neuter services for all cats and Trap-Neuter-Return as a humane method of care for outdoor cats. Community groups, public policy makers, veterinarians, military personnel, wildlife biologists, humane organizations, and animal shelters turn to ACA for guidance and expertise in developing policies and programs.
