   About Alliance For The Fish






Alliance For The Fish began as a joke in 2004. The idea was that Jupiterhill (using the alias Sideshow Rob) was starting a band called the Chaotic Spring Jumpers. It was posted on xanga, as a joke to release his creative and humorous side. One day he posted that a (fictional) band member "Steve" left the band. He went back to his old band (I forgot the name I used, it might be on the xanga account). So Chaotic Spring Jumpers broke up. However in the ashes came Alliance For The Fish. I got tired with the story, and canned it. However, I mentioned the band names to several people and everyone loved the name Alliance For The Fish. Around this time, I did want to start a band. That quickly fizzled, but the intention of writing songs remained. As a result, the AFTF purevolume account and the myspace accounts were formed. This is the latest on AFTF.

I'm proud to be a member of Alliance for the fish. Right now its just kind of a dream for me. I hope to better my "music skills" and be able to play something someday.
