About me: Hello friends and fans! I'm Allison Brennan, the New York Times bestselling author of a dozen romantic thrillers.
I'm taking a temporary detour into the realm of the supernatural with my new Seven Deadly Sins series which launches in March 2010. But there are more romantic thrillers in the works: in October 2010 the first book in my new Lucy Kincaid series will be out.
I belong to several professional writers organizations . . . all the usual suspects. Romance Writers of America, International Thriller Writers, Mystery Writers of America and Novelists, Inc. I also am a regular contributor at Murder She Writes, Murderati, and Romancing the Blog.
For fun, I like traveling to writer’s conferences, playing video games with the kids (and by myself!), reading (of course!), watching old movies (and new), and catching up on my favorite television shows through AppleTV. I don't think I'd survive without my iPod, because I seem to write faster to music. My kids are into everything from drama to sports, so I do a lot of driving and cheering and watching. All while thinking of new ways to torture my characters . . .

Hey Allison, I know the feeling about the sports! My 14 year old is hoping to make the Freshmen Volleyball team, which im sure she will, and my 12 year old will be doing the Junior high 7th grade Volleyball team! I am coming out to Las Veags in July, so i have been waiting to read Fatal Secrets on the plane, but i keep on looking at it wanting to pick it up! LOL!
