Allison Emry started out performing at the tender age of 8 while living in Wichita Kansas. She has been singing and writing for almost 12 years. She started - singing country music for 9 years. At the age of 14 she made her first Album, "Hurting Back To You" with Mike McClain in Garland, Texas. 5 of the 12 songs she wrote herself. During recording of that album, she met Jeffrey Steele in Nashville and got the rights to "What Hurts The Most" and added it to the album at the last minute. Rascal Flatts of course recorded it a year later. But that song helped Allison find herself and choose the kind of music she is recording today. In 2006 she made a demo in Nashville with a wonderful friend Chris Utley from the band HallowDay. That demo made Allison's song writing skills so much more than just words-but deep emotional lyric's.
Now working with famous producer, Will Smith and Tyler Music Group she has recorded a whole new sound that is a project that is very close to her heart. She's doing a little something of her own that she is very proud of. She is putting all of her inspirations from different genre's of music. A little bit of country/acoustic/alternative/rock. "It's just me" !! She is very excited!! She will be doing more concerts and she will be having a showcase real soon!!
