All of Fifteen was a punchy, smart, melodic rock ensemble from Charlottesville, VA. Starting in 1999 they brought their artfully crafted songs and energetic performance aesthetic to clubs, basements, and concert halls from Virginia to Boston. They released a full length album ('Away Game' - 2001, Glass Tube Records), a 4 song EP ('Bang!' EP - 2003, Glass Tube Records), and a 3 song EP ('Thankless' - 2005) on their own. Their music bridges the line between art-rock and pop songwriting in the vein of Jawbox and Shudder to Think.
In 2006, All of Fifteen played their last show at the Outback Lodge in Charlottesville. Jay departed to pursue a career in the culinary arts. Colten and Jim are currently working on a new, top-secret musical project.
Jay drumming at our most recent recording session:
Ooh, I'll try to drop by after work. Your last show at the Outback was incredible. In french that's, "Votre exposition derniere chez Outback etait incroyable."
