Who are we and what do we do?

We are a full Service Property Preservation, including lockouts, lock changes, lockboxes, padlocks, window & slider locks, window boarding, janitorial [broom sweep, regular cleaning, deep cleaning], grass cuts, shrub trims, hedge trims, tree pruning, dead tree removal, mulching, debris removal, health hazards removal, household hazardous waste removal, vehicle & vessel removal and/or 30-day storage with motor vehicle department processing, pool drain & clean, pool filling & maintenance, winterization & de-winterization, occupancy checks, vacancy inspections, sign posting, and many other services. If you don't see what you need listed, just ask. We'll be happy to discuss your needs. Estimates are always free and bids with inspection photos are delivered via e-mail to you within 24 to 30 hours of bid request. All REO services all areas within a 100-mile radius of Riverside, California. 24-hour emergency services are available. ..

Note: My business is about the preservation of property. I don't rehab, add, or remodel a property's appearance. But I DO provide field services to clean and maintain them in order to keep them in as good a condition as humanly possible.
