.. cultures that don't stress the individual over the group, loners and outsiders, linguistics, poetry, urban education, power to the people, projecting my emotions onto my cat, sustainable local economies for urban centers, my kids: past present and future, things you make with your hands, inclusive public spaces, thoughtful conviction, "love and logic" tactics, my inability to idealistically conform to the capitalist work ethic, breaking the rules to make something better, creative curriculum that draws on pop culture, aw hell naw, urban lonliness, breaking my consumption addictions, determining to solve the problem, finding the humor in it, panache, let's get out of here, revolution disguised as reform, the morning Strawberry letter, making it better, human dignity, America's Funniest Home Videos montages, wondering if loving some forms of color-matching means I have been totally indoctrinated into capitalism, discovering beauty in the mundane, zumba, misadventure, pretty much anything choreographed, quiet time alone, sentence diagraming, feeling neutral about people I don't know so don't take it personally because then you will upset me too i'm sensitive and we will never like each other, planning, quiet observation, never the same outfit, harmless excess, dancin, doing exactly what you say I can't, undermining whiteness unconditionally, obsessing over details, thank god for the block, kitties, making up themes for everything (especially outfits), talking to myself when i'm in the house alone, getting over, thank you but no thank you, word that is actually bond, creating order in a world full of chaos, running jokes, they look like stripper shoes but we like that, it's okay cookie: don't crumble!
