"Almaz in a mellow mood" est né de la rencontre entre une chanteuse (Almaz aka Isabelle Belleau) et un guitariste (Benjamin Gouhier) animés par la même passion: le groove. Influencés par leurs univers et expériences musicales respectifs (jazz, blues gospel, funk, soul 60's et 70's...), ils mettent en commun leurs idées et commencent à composer. Vite rejoints par un batteur énergique, un bassiste virtuose, et un clavier touche à tout, les répétitions deviennent un laboratoire de création d'où émerge un son original qui transcende les barrières musicales. C'est ainsi qu'est né "Le son Almaz" qui ne laisse pas indifférent ! Soul, funk, afro-beat, rock : "Almaz in a mellow mood" revendique son métissage et ne s'impose qu'une seule règle: se faire plaisir et le transmettre!!

"Almaz in a mellow mood" est né de la rencontre entre une chanteuse (Almaz aka Isabelle Belleau) et un guitariste (Benjamin Gouhier) animés par la même passion: le groove.
