As said above, all my books are now available as free PDF files. For I don't believe in keeping something people might need away from them because of financial or geographical reasons. At the same time, I do need to pay rent, raise a kid, buy food. If it is not possible for you to pay the price of a book and you go for the free download, but would like to support my work with a smaller sum, or if you just are inspired by what I do and wish to support it, there is now the possibility to donate. There is no such thing as a too small donation, one dollar is perfectly ok and much appreciated. (I don't mind millions too of course - there are always champagne habits and plane tickets to San Francisco to pay for)

As gospellers have said, Beneath signalling skies, On land dusty to tread, A trough in a stable Was the strawy first-bed Of a divine baby - The forgiving Godhead.
A season for new hope - There then and here now; The yuletide of goodwill - There then and here now.
In respect of this chance, Beneath bright or dark skies, Faith's the star that we glance Attending Christ's churches And trying to enhance, With singing and ritual, Our God-loving stance.
Hi Ellom. Are you back home now or still in LA? How is/did the poetry tour go. I am so pleased we meet and wish we had connected one more time. Hugs -Duane
How have you enjoyed it in the NW so far. I hope it is meeting your expectations.
I enjoyed finally meeting you and look forward to seeing you Friday, if not for lunch, then at your reading. I penned a new poem that was inspired by last friday night in Seattle.

Poem 162 of 230, WalkaboutsVerse (please see my blog): TEES TO TYNE: FIRST IMPRESSIONS - SUMMER 2001
Where traditions are not so rare; Sea, country and works scent the air; A multitude of monuments, Planted tubs and patterned pavements.
The longish pedestrian malls; The remnants of defensive walls; Historic buildings are a gauge Of the respect for heritage.
Wheat, rape and pines in the fields; Estuaries guarded by shields; Long sandy beaches and wide scenes; Romantic-ruin go-betweens.
Rivers in parts licked by trees, Or fringed by boat clubs, wharfs, gantries, And crossed by practical delights - Varied spans, forming pleasing sights.
Fine churches headed at Durham; Football kits ad infinitum; Kept castles - one for study; Masonry behind masonry.
And, with moulding-works out that way, It’s somewhere for a longer stay..?
