Alphabet Rockers is a funky fresh collection of educational songs that the whole family can enjoy. Produced by San Francisco-based children's music production company School Time Music, the debut CD has received rave reviews by parents, teachers, and children from across the country, and is set to be the new “School House Rock” of the hip hop generation. All of the songs have been written with teacher advisors, tailored for use in the classroom as well as entertainment for families at home. Alphabet Rockers has found instant fans in teachers who love the fact that the songs match their curriculum and give them street cred’ with young learners. And children and families are groovin' and movin' while learning counting, spelling, and more! The live performances of Alphabet Rockers get everyone on their feet for a high-energy, educational hip-hop show that the whole community can enjoy together.
Alphabet Rockers was founded by Harvard graduate and professional singer Kaitlin McGaw and 4 Non Blondes drummer/author/music teacher Dawn Richardson to make high-quality, cutting-edge music and production for a shared learning entertainment experience for kids, family, and teachers.

A night of excellent draft beer, fine food and terrific live music played through a new, tuned Meyer Sound system. It doesn’t get any better than that!
Good news: the Sunday Contra Costa Times rated Steve Taylor-Ramírez’ June 11 show at the Plough & Stars a "best bet" (page D5, May 25). They even put my pic next to Death Cab for Cutie and Brad Paisley. Not bad company to be in ...
As the paper says: "Berkeley musician Steve Taylor-Ramírez takes his Latin-infused neo-folk, across the Bay to San Francisco's Plough and Stars pub, 9 p.m. 116 Clement St. Free. (415) 751-1122, http://www. theploughandstars. com."
